Pledging

During the pledge process, "pledges" and members get to know each other. While pledging, pledges spend individual time with each member, participate in social activities and meetings, perform a community service project, and perform weekly study hours. The 5 week pledge period is designed to be as stream-lined and efficient as possible, meaning pledges can stay committed to other activities and keep up with their school work.

The pledge period follows set guidelines, including no hazing.
